Join me on Sunday, December 13th for a Christmas themed Greek dinner with a hint of decadence. There will be lots of cheese, lots of meat, lots of wine and of course lots of that Kalofagas kefi!
All dishes will be prepared using Cretan extra-virgin olive oil from Nisos Importing, the table water provided for by Theoni Canada.
For this dinner we’re featuring the wines distributed by United Stars. We begin with a Riesling blend and finish off with Mega Spilio of Achaia, Peloponese.

Main Course: Greek Coffee-Rubbed Beef Short Rib, Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roast Vegetables
paired with Domaine Mega Spilio Red 2009 Achaia
Dessert: Armenovil (ice cream cake) with Nuts and Hot Chocolate Sauce
paired with Romios Greek brandy
